Helping adults move through life's challenges with compassion,
practical tools, and meaningful change.
Life doesn't have to be falling apart for therapy to help.
Sometimes you've simply been carrying too much for too long. Maybe you've spent years taking care of everyone else, adapting to change, or pushing through difficult seasons without giving yourself the same care you offer others.
Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and begin moving forward in a way that feels more intentional and truer to who you are.

Life has taught me that some of our greatest challenges can also become opportunities for healing, growth, and discovering strengths we didn't know we had.
I've experienced seasons of immigration, single parenting, caregiving, postpartum depression, and rebuilding after difficult times. Those experiences don't define me, but they have shaped the therapist I am today and continue to remind me that healing is possible.
If you've been carrying a lot for a long time, you don't have to figure it all out before coming to therapy. We simply start where you are. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, work through what's keeping you stuck, and build practical tools that support lasting change.
I'm a bilingual and bicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy in English and Spanish for adults from diverse backgrounds. I take a holistic, culturally responsive, and evidence-based approach, blending ACT, CBT, DBT-informed strategies, mindfulness, strengths-based, and solution-focused—with genuine human connection based on your unique needs. Every person is different, and therapy should reflect that.
I believe insight is important, but lasting change happens when we pair insight with action. My hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling heard and supported, but also with greater confidence, practical tools, and the ability to navigate future challenges on your own.

When you've been carrying too much for too long, it's easy to lose sight of yourself. Therapy offers a chance to pause, process what's been weighing on you, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater intention, resilience, and self-compassion.
Healing doesn't mean forgetting what happened. It means finding a way to move forward without letting the past continue to define your present. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you while creating space for both healing and growth.
Sometimes we find ourselves repeating the same behaviors even when we know they're no longer serving us. Together, we'll gently uncover what's beneath those patterns and create new ways of responding that feel healthier, more intentional, and more aligned with the life you want to build.
Life doesn't always go the way we planned. Whether you're starting over, adjusting to a new chapter, or feeling unsure about what's next, therapy can give you the space to slow down, sort through it, and figure out your next steps one at a time.
Sometimes we keep having the same arguments, choosing the same kinds of relationships, or putting everyone else's needs before our own without even realizing it. Therapy helps you recognize those patterns, understand where they come from, and begin responding in ways that feel healthier and more aligned with your values.
Living between cultures can be both beautiful and challenging. You may find yourself balancing different values, family expectations, or wondering where you truly fit. While I've had my own experiences as an immigrant, I'm most interested in hearing your story and understanding what your experience has been like.
Real change takes time, and there's no right pace. Sometimes putting one foot in front of the other is enough. Therapy is a place where you can slow down, practice self-compassion, and feel supported while also being gently challenged to keep moving forward. My hope is that, over time, you'll build the confidence and tools to face life's challenges long after therapy ends.

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. You're the expert on your life, and I'm here to bring curiosity, support, practical tools, and a different perspective when it's helpful. I'll listen without judgment, celebrate your progress, and gently challenge you when appropriate. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and encouraged to keep moving forward even when life feels hard.

You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We'll begin wherever you are, at a pace that feels right for you. Some sessions may focus on processing difficult experiences, while others may be more practical and focused on learning new ways to cope. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while giving you tools you can actually use in everyday life.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to handling everything on your own. You don't have to have the right words or know exactly where to begin. We can figure that out together.
If you're looking for a therapist who will listen, support you, and gently challenge you when you're ready, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
